• You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify content without prior written consent.
• Controlled co-branding with partners is permitted only under contractual agreements.

5. Partner & Client Obligations

• Partners must adhere to mutual non-solicitation clauses.
• Visibility in learner-facing processes is restricted unless explicitly agreed under controlled co-branding.
• Clients must ensure compliance with organizational policies when deploying our training solutions.

6. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
• Use services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Avoid unauthorized copying, distribution, or misuse of training materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

Infinite Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in dispute.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse services, or engage in unlawful activity.

9. Warranty & Support

Support is provided according to the selected service package. Additional features or modifications beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
